- Identity Proofs for Bhutan: Adults – Valid Passport or Voter ID Card. Children below 18 – Passport or Birth Certificate. (Aadhaar Card is not valid in Bhutan.)
- SDF (Sustainable Development Fee): Already included in package cost.
- Currency: Indian Rupee (INR) is accepted in Bhutan. No currency exchange needed.
- Online Payments in Bhutan: Indian UPI/Online apps do not work in Bhutan – carry cash.
- Food: Indian & vegetarian cuisine available widely.
- Solo Travelers: Will share rooms with same-gender solo participants.

Bagdogra Airport: 2:00 – 2:30 PM
NJP Railway Station: 2:30 – 3:00 PM
